Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (RHEINVERPACKUNG Karton und Verpackung, Am Alten Gymnasium 6, , e-mail info@rhein-verpackung.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is determined by the consumer's individual choice or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs (Sec. 312g (2) no. 1 German Civil Code). Packaging, bags, folders and print products custom-printed with your logo fall under this exception.
