Frequently asked
What customers want to know before their first order
01What is the minimum order quantity?
Depending on the product from 250 pieces (folding boxes, take-away packaging) or 500 pieces (paper bags). Smaller quantities for samples and market tests are available on request.
02How long does production take?
Usually 10 to 15 working days after your print approval, plus shipping. Express within 7 working days is possible for many formats – ask us before ordering.
03Which print files do I need?
Ideally a vector logo (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS). A PNG at least 1500 pixels wide also works; the configurator tells you right away whether the resolution is sufficient for the chosen size.
04Do I get a proof before production?
Yes, always. You receive a digital print proof with die line and colour specifications for approval. The job only goes to print after your OK. On request we send a physical proof or a blank sample.
05Which materials are sustainable?
All boards and papers come from FSC or PEFC certified sources. Kraft board and uncoated papers are fully recyclable; on request we print with mineral-oil-free inks and skip lamination.
06How binding are the prices in the configurator?
They are guide prices based on your configuration. You receive the binding price with the order confirmation – for standard formats it usually does not differ.
