Production time depends on the product (6–16 working days) and starts with your proof approval or, for prepayment, with receipt of payment. It is shown in the configurator and in the order confirmation. Delivery within Germany; EU deliveries on request. Runs above 2,500 pieces are delivered on pallets by freight carrier.
Payment
- Credit card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit – secure online payment, production starts after proof approval.
- Prepayment – bank transfer to the account stated in the order confirmation; production after receipt.
- Purchase on account – for approved business customers, 14 days net.
All prices are net plus 19 % VAT; the gross amount is shown in the cart and at checkout. You receive the invoice as PDF in your customer account.
Proof approval
After receipt of payment we check your print data and place a digital proof in your customer account. Production only starts with your approval. You can leave change requests directly on the proof.
